HOW TO GLOW UP DURING QUARANTINE  (TIPS and TRICKS) 

 We are all stuck in quarantine right now and are under lockdown due to corona virus, so this is the perfect time for all of us to give time to ourselves. Now we've been given an opportunity to change ourselves, to change the way we look and become the best version of ourselves. we are all given a chance to improve ourselves and improve our lifestyles. So today I am going to tell you about some tips on how you can improve yourselves and become the best version of yourself.


1.Get Fit
            Getting the body that you desire is not that easy and it can be very challenging unless you have the motivation to do so. The important step to glow up and transform yourself into a new person is to change your body. If your are already fit then you should have no problem but if don't like your body the way it looks then you have to work for it. In order to get fit you have to adapt healthy such as drinking 8 glasses of water daily, eating fruits and veggies, and exercising etc. If you are not drinking 8 glasses of water daily then you are not doing the right for yourself, remember our body needs to stay hydrated. We all know the benefits of drinking water so I am not going to explain it's benefits because we all know, so start by a  habit of drinking sufficient amount of water and you'll see the results yourself. Eating healthy is something that we lack too so try to eat something healthy like fruits and vegetables once daily like salad instead of skipping meals. Exercise is something that needs hard work and motivation. Exercise is very important in order to get fit and healthy body. If cannot do the 30 minutes workout do reduce it 10 minutes once your body gets used to it then you can workout as much as you want to. Here's  workout that can transform your body in no time. 



2.Get Your Hair Trimmed And Styled
          Hair is an important aspect of your personality and should be well taken care of. A good haircut can enhance your facial features. The right hairstyle can make you look younger, better and prettier. Your hairstyle has direct impact on your physical appearance. A new haircut can instantly change the way you look. But since we are stuck in our homes we can't go to salons so we should learn to do haircuts by ourselves there are many videos on YouTube about haircuts  so go search for the haircut you like and learn to do it by yourself. If you already have haircut then just style it. Styling your hair is very important styling your hair means you take care of yourself and it makes a good impression on people. People will perceive you as someone who takes care of their-self. I know we are all in our homes and no one will see how you look but it is not about people it is just that you have to look good for yourself. Confidence comes from within yourself, if you don't look good for yourself then others will not perceive you as good looking.


3. Have Clear Skin
              Clear and beautiful skin is the major key to glow up. Always take good care of your skin. Drink more water and eat more fruits and veggies. Have a skincare routine and stick to it. Don't change too many products because chemicals can be harsh and they will ruin your skin. wash your face 2 times daily. Use cleanser and wash your face with your favorite cleanser and moisturize your face every night before going to sleep. When you wake up in the morning again wash your face with cleanser, use toner, moisturize it and put on SPF. If your have acne problems then use aloe vera gel after you wash it because aloevera kills all the bacteria that causes pimples. If your face is puffy in the morning rub some ice cubes on your face because  ice helps in reducing puffiness and it also helps in blood circulation.


4.Whiten Your Teeth
               No one likes a person with yellow teeth. So,make sure you take good care of oral hygiene. If you have yellow teeth then you can mix 1 teaspoon of  baking soda, 1 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, toothpaste and half a teaspoon of water mix thoroughly and brush your teeth for 2 minutes then rinse it off. Remember to do this once a week until your have reached the results you want.


5. Wear Makeup
            In order to feel extra good wear makeup. Makeup will enhance your looks  and will make you even more prettier. I always like the natural makeup look if you like you can try other makeup looks. Work on your makeup skills and you can create any look that you want.



6. Always Smell Good
               Practice good hygiene, shower daily and twice on hotter days, use deodorant and use your favorite perfume make sure you have your own signature perfume because people will recognize you with your smell. Moisturize your body with scented lotion after a shower, use a matching lotion and mist or perfume. Wash your hair with good smelling shampoo and you will smell like a candy.


7. Get Your Nails Done

 8. Be Yourself
            And last but not the least be yourself no matter what. Take care of yourself for yourself not for others, do as you like and don't care about what others say. Just make yourself proud of yourself.
